1. Refund Eligibility and Conditions
Refunds for our services, including in-depth threat assessments and actionable mitigation solutions, are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Refunds may be considered under the following conditions:

Non-Delivery of Services: If we fail to deliver the agreed-upon services as outlined in your service agreement due to circumstances within our control.

Cancellation by Client: If you cancel your engagement with us before we commence work on your threat assessment, as defined in the service agreement.
Refunds will not be granted for:

Services that have been partially or fully completed, including the delivery of any reports, consultations, or mitigation plans.

Cancellations made after work has begun, unless otherwise specified in your service agreement.

Dissatisfaction with the outcomes of our recommendations, as our services are advisory and outcomes depend on external factors beyond our control.

2. Refund Timeframe

Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 14 days of the date the service agreement was signed or payment was made, whichever is earlier.

Requests submitted after this period will not be eligible for a refund unless exceptional circumstances are demonstrated and approved at our discretion.

3. Full or Partial Refunds

Full Refunds: May be issued if services have not been initiated and the request is made within the 14-day timeframe.

Partial Refunds: May be considered if minimal work has been performed, with the refund amount determined based on the extent of services already rendered, as outlined in your service agreement.

All refunds are subject to a review of the services provided and any applicable administrative fees.
